CROSSROADS GOLD COMMENCES TRADING ON THE OTCQB

Crossroads Gold Corp.'s common shares began trading today on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol CRGCF. The company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CRG.

The OTCQB is one of the world's largest and most liquid trading markets, providing access to a wide base of investors across the United States. The listing marks an important step in expanding the company's visibility and strengthening its presence in the U.S. market.
