COPPER ROAD ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Brian Howlett has stepped down from his role as president and chief executive officer of Copper Road Resources Inc. for personal reasons, effective immediately. Mr. Howlett will continue to support Copper Road as a part-time consultant, ensuring continuity during this leadership transition.

The board of directors is pleased to announce that Mark Goodman, executive chairman and a director of Copper Road, has been appointed interim president and chief executive officer. Mr. Goodman has extensive experience in mining, resource investment and corporate leadership, having played a key role in the company's strategic direction since founding Copper Road.

Mr. Goodman commented, "We would like to thank Brian for his contributions to the company over the past year and wish him the best in his future endeavours."
