COPPER ROAD ISSUE STOCK OPTIONS
Copper Road Resources Inc. has granted 300,000 incentive stock options pursuant to the plan to a consultant of the company. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the company at an exercise price of six cents for a five-year term expiring on July 28, 2031.
