The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining four separate option agreements among the company and several arm's-length parties (the vendors), whereby the company has an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in 174 mining cell claims and 13 patented mining claims covering an area of approximately 10,232 hectares, located in Northeastern Ontario.

Under the terms of the agreements, the company has agreed to acquire the property in exchange for an aggregate cash payment of $422,500 and issuance of up to 9.2 million common shares to be satisfied over the next four years. The company has also granted 2-per-cent net smelter returns royalty (the NSR) to each vendor. Half of all granted NSRs can be purchased by the company for an aggregate cash payment of $2.5-million, subsequent quarter of three NSRs can be purchased for additional $3-million and the company has right of first refusal for the remaining quarter of NSRs under the same three NSRs.
