COPPER ROAD CONGRATULATES STERLING METALS CORP. AND GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

Copper Road Resources Inc. has congratulated Sterling Metals Corp. on its recent press release of Sept. 29, 2025. Sterling announced drill results of 262.5 metres of 1.05 per cent copper equivalent. The company reminds shareholders that it remains a significant shareholder of Sterling with an ownership of approximately 1.8 million shares.

The company also announces that it has completed a drone mag survey over the Mount Jamie claims in Red Lake, Ont. The primary goal of this survey was to identify the mineral potential of these claims, and the company expects results to be issued in the near future.

The company also announces that it has granted 1.6 million incentive stock options pursuant to the plan to directors and officers of the company. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the company at an exercise price of five cents for a five-year term expiring on Oct. 3, 2030.
