COPPER ROAD ANNOUNCES UPSIZING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO UP TO $120,000

Copper Road Resources Inc. has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement of five million common shares to up to six million common shares for gross proceeds of up to $120,000.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Sept. 5, 2024, and is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange. The company expects to use the proceeds for exploration activities on the Mount Jamie property and for general working capital purposes.
