COPPER ROAD ANNOUNCES FULLY SUBSCRIBED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $100,000

Copper Road Resources Inc. has arranged a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $100,000 from the sale of five million common shares of the company. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Sept. 5, 2024, and is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange. The company expects to use the proceeds for exploration activities on the Mount Jamie property and for general working capital purposes.
