CARIBOO ROSE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. has recently held its 2025 annual general meeting (AGM) in Vancouver, B.C.

All motions passed, including the appointment of Davidson & Co. as auditor, approval of the company's incentive stock option plan, approval of a one-for-two share consolidation, and the election of James W. Morton, Glen Garratt, David Douglas, Gavin Titley and Reagan Glazier as directors.

Although approved at the 2025 AGM, the company has no plans to initiate a one-for-two share consolidation at this time, but it reserves the right to do so at a future date.

Cariboo Rose owns seven mineral projects in British Columbia, including the 100-per-cent-owned Lightning Strike project, located approximately 65 kilometres northeast of the community of 100 Mile House, B.C.

Significant gold and gold-silver mineralization at Lightning Strike occurs within strongly deformed black phyllites of Upper Triassic age (shale).

Notable drill intercepts to date include:

• 0.77 gram per tonne gold over 54.0 metres;
• 3.42 g/t gold and 228.1 g/t silver over 5.0 metres;
• 2.88 g/t gold over 24.0 metres;
• 8.84 g/t gold over 7.5 metres.

In January, 2025, Cariboo Rose successfully negotiated an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in a small contiguous group of claims containing the original Homestake discovery and several well-mineralized drill intercepts. Diamond drilling was initiated at the Lightning Strike project in October, 2025.
