The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Capital Power Corp. subscription receipts have been delisted, effective at the close on Feb. 9, 2024. According to the TSX, the company has closed the La Paloma acquisition and the escrow release condition has been satisfied. Holders of the subscription receipts will receive one common share of the company for each subscription receipt held. As the subscription receipts are uncertificated, holders of subscription receipts need not take any action in order to receive the common shares.
