The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement as announced in news releases dated Feb. 9, 2021, March 8, 2021, and March 17, 2021.

Number of special warrants (postconsolidation):  7,333,333 special warrants on a postconsolidation basis, each convertible into one unit for no additional consideration upon completion of a share consolidation on the basis of 15 old shares for one new share (Each unit comprises one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles its holder to acquire one common share of the company at a price of 30 cents per common share on a postconsolidation basis for a period of 36 months following the closing of the private placement.)
