CRESCENT POINT CONFIRMS QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Crescent Point Energy Corp. has declared a quarterly cash base dividend of 11.5 cents per share. The base dividend is payable on July 2, 2024, to shareholders of record on June 15, 2024.

The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. For United States income tax purposes, the dividend is considered a qualified dividend.
