Inc. and the Nobel Entities, comprised of Nobel Biocare AB; Nobel

Deutschland GmbH; Nobel Biocare Canada, Inc.; Biocad Médical Inc.;
Nobel Biocare USA, LLC; and Nobel Biocare Procera, LLC.
