CENTR BRANDS CORP. PROVIDES UPDATE ON PREVIOUSLY ISSUED DEBENTURES

Further to its news releases dated July 11, 2024, and Aug. 20 2025, Centr Brands Corp. has further amended the terms of previously issued unsecured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $100,000, bearing interest at a rate of 10 per cent per annum and previously maturing on July 11, 2026 (the 2024 debentures). The maturity date of the 2024 debentures was extended by one year to July 11, 2027. Further to the company's news release dated July 25, 2025, the company has also amended the terms of previously issued unsecured convertible debentures in the principal amount of $150,000, bearing interest at a rate of 10 per cent per annum and previously maturing on July 25, 2026. The maturity date of the 2025 debentures was extended by one year to July 25, 2027.
