The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Century Global Commodities Corp. is issuing one right per share held on June 9, 2023, with five rights and two cents entitling the holder to acquire one share of the company. According to the TSX, the rights will begin trading at the open on June 8, 2023, under the symbol CNT.RT and with Cusip No. G2029R 11 4. At the same time, the shares will trade ex rights.

Trading of the rights will end at 12 p.m. Toronto time on July 7, 2023. The rights will expire at 2 p.m. Pacific Time on July 7, 2023, and will be delisted at the close on the same day. Trades in the rights on July 5, 2023, will settle on July 6, 2023, trades on July 6, 2023, will settle on July 7, 2023, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on July 7, 2023, will settle on the same day.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued. Where the exercise of rights would appear to entitle a holder of rights to receive a fractional share, such holder's entitlement will be reduced to the next lowest whole number of shares and no additional compensation will be paid. The designated market-maker is Independent Trading Group (ITG) Inc.
