CANADIAN NORTH RESOURCES ANNOUNCES INSIDER BUYING OF SHARES
Canadian North Resources Inc. directors have made open-market purchases of shares in the period of Nov. 3, 2023, to date.
Director and chairman Lee Shim purchased 96,800 shares of the company's common stock in the open market at a price of $1.90 per share on Nov. 29, 2023, as well as 100,000 common shares at a price of $2 on Nov. 17, 2023.
Additionally, director Rick Brown purchased 5,000 shares at a share price of $2.60 per share on Nov. 6, 2023, and director Mike Weeks also purchased a total of 5,000 shares at a cost of $2.55 per share. Complete details are available on SEDI.
