Options granted to certain consultants, directors, officers and employees are at a price of $0.35 per share, exercisable until October 9, 2020, with one-third of such stock options vesting on the date of grant, and another one-third vesting on the first and second anniversary of the date of grant.

Options granted to certain consultants and employees are at a price of $0.35 per share, exercisable until October 9, 2020, with 10% of such stock options vesting on the date of grant, 20% on the first anniversary, 30 % on the second anniversary and 40% on the third anniversary of the date of grant.

All options are subject to any earlier termination in accordance with their terms, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan.
