                                    Canadian Mining Grants Stock Options
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canadian Mining Company Inc. (the "Company") (TSX.V:CNG) announces the grant of 1,300,000
---> stock options to its directors, officers and consultants.  Each option entitles the holder to acquire one (1) common 
--->share of the Company at the price of $0.065 per share for a period of two (2) years.

The grant options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and are in accordance with the terms of the Company's S
--->tock Option Plan and will have the required four (4) months hold period  pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture E
