COMET INDUSTRIES APPROVES INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Comet Industries Ltd. directors have approved the grant of a total of 20,000 incentive stock options under the company's incentive stock option plan to directors of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of $4.25 per share and expire April 3, 2028.

The company also reported that it had sold two non-core rural properties located near Terrace, B.C., for gross sales proceeds of $137,859.21.
