--->p of 135,000 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of Comet Industries Ltd. ("Comet") through private purchas
--->e today at Cdn.$3.00 per Common Share for an aggregate purchase price of $405,000.

Primex now has beneficial ownership of 612,900 Common Shares, representing 12.8% of the outstanding Common Shares.  Pr
--->ior to today's purchase, Primex previously held 477,900 Common Shares, representing 9.9% of the outstanding Common Sha
