BLACKROCK® CANADA ANNOUNCES FINAL JULY CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES® PREMIUM MONEY MARKET ETF

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., today declared the final July, 2025, cash distributions for iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on July 28, 2025, will receive cash distributions payable on July 31, 2025.

Details regarding the final per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
