BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES JUNE CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS AND A REINVESTED DISTRIBUTION FOR ISHARES CANADIAN REAL RETURN BOND INDEX ETF

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has declared the June, 2023, cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada which pay on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis, as well as a reinvested distribution for iShares Canadian Real Return Bond Index ETF. Unitholders of record of a fund on June 27, 2023, will receive a distribution payable in respect of that fund on June 30, 2023.

The June cash distribution per unit for iShares Premium Money Market is estimated in an attached table.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about June 26, 2023, which will provide the final amount for iShares Premium Money Market.

June reinvested distribution for iShares Canadian Real Return Bond Index

The distribution is a reinvested distribution, which is typically reinvested in additional units of the respective fund, and does not include continuing semi-annual cash distribution amounts. The additional units will be immediately consolidated with the previously outstanding units such that the number of outstanding units following the distribution will equal the number of units outstanding prior to the distribution.
