BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES FINAL DECEMBER CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES PREMIUM MONEY MARKET ETF

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., has declared the final December, 2023, cash distributions for the iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on Jan. 4, 2024.

Details regarding the final per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
