BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES FINAL MAY CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES PREMIUM MONEY MARKET ETF

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of BlackRock Inc., has declared the final May, 2023, cash distribution for iShares Premium Money Market ETF. Unitholders of record on May 25, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable on May 31, 2023.

Details regarding the final per-unit distribution amount are as shown in the attached table.
