The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Copper Mountain Mining Corp. will be delisted at the close on June 21, 2023. According to the TSX, Hudbay Minerals Inc. has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company pursuant to a plan of arrangement that was approved by shareholders at a special meeting on June 13, 2023.

The TSX reports that Copper Mountain shareholders are entitled to receive 0.381 of a Hudbay share per Copper Mountain share held in accordance with the arrangement. No fractional Hudbay shares will be issued to Copper Mountain shareholders. The number of Hudbay shares to be issued to Copper Mountain shareholders will be rounded up to the nearest whole Hudbay share in the event that a Copper Mountain shareholder is entitled to a fractional share representing 0.5 or more of a Hudbay share, and will be rounded down to the nearest whole Hudbay share in the event that a Copper Mountain shareholder is entitled to a fractional share representing less than 0.5 of a Hudbay share.
