COMPUTER MODELLING GROUP DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Computer Modelling Group Ltd. has declared a dividend of five cents per common share on the company's common shares. The dividend will be paid on June 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2023.
