COMMANDER CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING
Commander Resources Ltd. (CMD-TSX Venture) reports that the non-brokered private placement
announced on October 8, 2014 has closed for gross proceeds of $100,000. The Company has issued
2,000,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (the
"Common Shares") and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"). Each Warrant will
entitle the holder to purchase one additional Common Share at a price of $0.10 per Common Share for
three years following the closing date of the Private Placement.
All the securities issued hereunder are subject to a four month hold period and may not be traded until
February 21, 2015.
