The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of a property located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alta., that consists of approximately 60 acres for consideration of $11-million to extinguish the mortgage and a promissory note of up to $2-million subject to conditions.
