CMC METALS LTD. ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION AMENDMENT

Further to CMC Metals Ltd.'s news release dated Nov. 6, 2024, announcing the granting of 2.1 million stock options at an exercise price of 2.5 cents per share, the company has, in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 4.4, Section 4.8 Minimum Exercise Price of Stock Options, amended the exercise price to five cents.
