CMC METALS LTD. CLARIFIES TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE FOR CANADIAN NI 43-101 COMPLIANCE

CMC Metals Ltd., as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC), is issuing the following news to clarify previous disclosure relating to the 2020 technical report on the Silver Hart property, Yukon. The 2020 technical report for the Silver Hart project is not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and should not be relied on until it has been verified and supported by technical reports.

Also, for interested shareholders and potential investors, an outlook on proposed exploration activities for the 2024 season by the company is included in the April, 2024, edition of Hello Investors that will soon be posted on its website.
