CMC METALS LTD. ANNOUNCES ANNIVERSARY PAYMENTS COMPLETED ON PROPERTIES AND GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

CMC Metals Ltd. has completed anniversary payments on its properties, including Rodney Pond and Bridal Veil, and will be completing payments due on Silverknife, Amy and Blue Heaven in the near future. These payments demonstrate the continued commitment of the company on these projects.

The company has also granted incentive stock options to directors, officer, advisers and employees entitling them to purchase up to 2.25 million common shares at a price of 15 cents per share for a period of five years. The options will vest on a quarterly basis commencing three months from the date of grant.
