Effective Jan. 26, 2026, Clara Technologies Corp.'s board of directors has approved the cancellation of an aggregate of 1.5 million stock options granted under the company's stock option plan, previously announced on June 24, 2025. The cancelled options were granted to certain officers and directors of the company at an exercise price of $4.25 and an expiry date of June 24, 2035.
