STATEMENT ON THE PASSING OF RENE BHARTI, FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF CONSOLIDATED LITHIUM METALS

As the founder of the company, Mr. Bharti's vision, determination and leadership laid the foundation upon which the organization was built.
