CONSOLIDATED LITHIUM METALS PROVIDES UPDATE ON KWYJIBO RARE EARTH PROJECT

Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc. has provided an update in connection with an acquisition by Consolidated Lithium of an option to earn, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, an undivided interest of up to 80 per cent in the Kwyjibo rare earth project, located 125 kilometres northeast of the city of Sept-Iles in the Cote-Nord region of Quebec.

On Feb. 4, 2026, further to the review of the acquisition by the TSX Venture Exchange, the company entered into an amendment to the agreement respecting the acquisition to clarify certain provisions with respect to the mechanics of issuing common shares of the company to the optionor Soquem Inc. On Feb. 9, 2026, the TSX-V conditionally accepted the acquisition, subject to several conditions, including submission of a financial plan and a technical report compliant with National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects).
