The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in 24 mineral claims located in the James Bay region of Quebec. The vendor retains a 1-per-cent NSR (net smelter return), with the company having the right to repurchase it at any time for $250,000.
