CLOUD3 VENTURES ANNOUNCES CORPORATE UPDATE

Cloud3 Ventures Inc. has appointed Mitchell Jackman as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Jackman joins the company with more than a decade of experience delivering management and financial consulting services to public issuers. Mr. Jackman has held a broad range of senior management positions across companies of varying sizes, industries and organizational structures. He is also a founding partner of Cavalry Advisory Group, an accounting and advisory firm specializing in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and strategic business support.

The company also announces that Jason Hobson has resigned as a director, chief operating officer and corporate secretary, effective immediately. The board extends its appreciation to Mr. Hobson for his contributions and service during his tenure, and wishes him every success in his future pursuits.
