CRESCO LABS ANNOUNCES FILING OF SUPPLEMENT TO MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CIRCULAR FOR ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING

Cresco Labs Inc. has filed a supplement to its management information circular dated Sept. 18, 2026, in connection with its annual general and special meeting of shareholders to be held on Oct. 30, 2026. The supplement enhances and clarifies the disclosure in the circular concerning the proposed amendment to Cresco's supervoting shares and related minority approval requirements.
