Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp. Announces Corporate Name to World Blockchain Corp.

VANCOUVER, B.C. July 16, 2025 Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp. (the "Company" or "Cascadia") (CSE: CK) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") to change its name to World Blockchain Corp. effective on July 22, 2025. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the CSE under the ticker symbol "CK".

The name change reflects the Company's evolving strategic direction and global focus within the blockchain sector.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the Certificate of Name Change, and Certificate of Notice of Articles have been reviewed and approved by the Company's board of directors and filed on SEDAR+.
