Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp. has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to change its name to World Blockchain Corp. effective on July 22, 2025. The company's common shares will continue to trade on the CSE under the ticker symbol CK.

The name change reflects the company's evolving strategic direction and global focus within the blockchain sector.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the certificate of name change, and the certificate of notice of articles have been reviewed and approved by the company's board of directors and filed on SEDAR+.
