CASCADIA ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS

VANCOUVER, B.C. December 20, 2024 Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp. ("Cascadia" or the "Company") (CSE: CK) today announced that all resolutions, which include the election of Board of Directors and appointment of auditor for the ensuing year, were passed by the requisite majority at its annual general meeting (the "AGM"). The Board of Directors now consists of Mr. Di Deng, Ms. Shanshan Zhu, and Ms. Hanxuan Wu.
