All resolutions, which include the election of the board of directors and appointment of auditor for the ensuing year, were passed by the requisite majority at Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp.'s annual general meeting. The board of directors now consists of Di Deng, Shanshan Zhu and Hanxuan Wu.
