CASCADIA ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Cascadia Blockchain Group Corp. has completed the private placement of 21,666,667 common shares for gross proceeds of $650,000.

All securities issued in connection with the financing are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after the closing of the financing.

The company intends to use the proceeds of the financing for general working capital and to explore business opportunities.
