CANADA JETLINES ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

The nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2023 annual general and special meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of Canada Jetlines Operations Ltd. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the annual general and special meeting on June 29, 2023, in Mississauga, Ont., are set out in an attached table.

Shareholders at the annual general and special meeting also voted in favour of: (i) appointing MNP LLP as auditor (for: 29,133,035; withhold: 532,238); and (ii) approving Canada Jetlines' advance notice bylaw (for: 22,795,941; against: 6,233,006).
