CI GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT FILES PRELIMINARY PROSPECTUS FOR CI GALAXY SOLANA ETF

CI Financial Corp.'s CI Global Asset Management has filed, and obtained a receipt for, a preliminary prospectus for CI Galaxy Solana ETF.

SOLX's investment objective is to provide unitholders with exposure to Solana tokens through an institutional-quality fund platform. The exchange-traded fund will invest directly in SOL with its SOL holdings priced based on the Bloomberg Galaxy Solana Index, which is designed to measure the performance of a single SOL traded in U.S. dollars. The Solana Index is owned and administered by Bloomberg Index Services Ltd.

SOLX will be managed by CI GAM, and Galaxy Asset Management will act as subadviser, executing all SOL trading on behalf of the ETF.

CI GAM offers one of the industry's largest selections of investment funds for digital assets. The lineup includes ETFs and mutual funds focused on bitcoin and ether, a multicrypto ETF and a blockchain ETF.

A preliminary prospectus dated Feb. 3, 2025, containing important information relating to the securities of SOLX, has been filed with the securities commissions or similar authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. The preliminary prospectus is still subject to completion or amendment. A copy of the preliminary prospectus is available on SEDAR+. There will not be any sale or any acceptance of an offer to buy the securities until a receipt for the final prospectus has been issued.
