(the " Company ") (CIN - TSX Venture) announces that it intends to amend the terms of share purchase warrants issued on May 7, 2014, with an original expiry date of May 7, 2015. There are currently 2,500,000 warrants outstanding, each warrant exercisable into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.12 per share (the " Warrants "). Subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, the new expiry date of the Warrants will be May 7, 2018, and the exercise price of the Warrants will be changed to $0.095 per share, being the Market Price of the Company's shares on the date of announcement of the original private placement.
