CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST SCHEDULES FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS RELEASE AND ANNUAL MEETING OF UNITHOLDERS

Choice Properties REIT will be releasing its first quarter 2026 results on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, after market hours.

Management will host a conference call the next day on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET, with a simultaneous audio webcast. Choice Properties' annual meeting of unitholders will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 11 a.m. ET in a virtual meeting format via live webcast. Unitholders can attend the meeting by joining the live webcast on-line.
