CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 2024

Choice Properties REIT has declared a cash distribution for the month of April, 2024, of 6.3333 cents per trust unit, representing 75 cents per trust unit on an annualized basis, payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2024.
