CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2023

The trustees of Choice Properties REIT have declared a cash distribution for the month of November, 2023, of 6.25 cents per trust unit, representing 75 cents per trust unit on an annualized basis, payable on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 30, 2023.
