CHOICE PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES CASH DISTRIBUTION FOR THE MONTH OF MAY, 2023

The trustees of Choice Properties REIT have declared a cash distribution for the month of May, 2023, of 6.25 cents per trust unit, representing 75 cents per trust unit on an annualized basis, payable on June 15, 2023, to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2023.
