HEALTH LOGIC INTERACTIVE ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT TO
TRADING AND CORPORATE UPDATE
Health Logic Interactive Inc. has made plans to reactivate and begin
trading again on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company expects the
exchange to issue a bulletin announcing that its shares will be reinstated to trading at that
opening of trading on Monday, Jan. 22, 2024, or shortly thereafter. The company also
notes that the cease trade order issued by Alberta Securities Commission has been revoked
and that the exchange has concluded its reinstatement review.
In connection with the reactivation, the company expects to announce a non-brokered private
placement and a shares for debt transaction. The terms of the financing and shares for debt
have not been finalized and are subject to approval by the exchange.
The company also confirms that it is currently in non-compliance with respect to the exchange
requirement to hold an annual and general meeting of its shareholders (AGM) since it has
not held an AGM since December, 2021. In connection with the reactivation, the company will
undertake to the exchange to hold an AGM on or before June 30, 2024. The anticipated use
of proceeds from the financing mentioned above will be used to organize and complete an
AGM, provide for additional adequate operational and working capital costs, to pay down
legacy liabilities, and for future listing and transaction costs.
