HEALTH LOGIC INTERACTIVE ANNOUNCES CANCELLING OF LETTER OF INTENT TO COMPLETE A REVERSE TAKEOVER TRANSACTION WITH HYDRO GIANT

Following a recent meeting of the board, Health Logic Interactive Inc. has terminated its previously signed letter of intent with Hydro Giant. The company has decided that, given certain timeline, execution and working capital risks, the acquisition is no longer in the best interest of the company. Health Logic Interactive wishes Hydro Giant the best in its future endeavours and hopes for its continued success.

Health Logic Interactive is a public entity on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange and intends to pursue its search for new assets to develop and make an application to the TSX-V for a reactivation to Tier 2 of the TSX-V from the NEX board. The reactivation will be subject to meeting all continued listing requirements of Tier 2 of the TSX-V.
